Includes Base, custom design setup and agreed updates. Included scope: up to 12 hours of initial work and up to 4 hours per month for adaptations and maintenance of agreed integrations, with one request in progress at a time. Extra hours, new features and complex integrations require an approved quote; there are no automatic extra charges.
Our team reviews changes to your published theme and updates the mobile design. Detection does not mean immediate implementation: timing and priority are recorded in the request. Integration with a Shopify app depends on the features and access its provider offers.
First response within 2 business days, Monday to Friday excluding Italian public holidays. After access, content and scope are agreed, the preparation target is 5–10 business days for Base and 15–20 for Premium. These are operational targets to confirm for each project; Apple/Google review times are excluded. Incomplete requests or new integrations may affect scheduling.
Prices are in US dollars. Shopify shows the billing cycle, applicable taxes and conversion before approval; no fixed euro amount is promised. Apple/Google accounts, third-party licenses, metered services and out-of-scope work are excluded. ShopForge charges no sales commission (0%) and no usage-based fees.
Select or change your plan on Shopify’s page. The billing period and financial effects are those confirmed by Shopify. Uninstalling stops the operational connection and monitoring; keep copies of materials you wish to retain. For deletion, refunds or service issues, contact hello@smokingmirror.eu.
You provide lawful content, your app’s privacy information and developer accounts. Team access is limited to agreed tasks and can be revoked. We do not ask for Shopify passwords. Collaborator access is separate from app permissions. You remain responsible for products, sales, returns and communications with shoppers.
You approve the design and supplied materials before our team submits your app. Apple and Google independently decide whether to approve it. Your subscription covers the service described here; it does not guarantee acceptance by a store. Contact us about refunds or service issues before making a new purchase.
